What to prepare for a quote
- Product and model (e.g. ceramic mug 1001)
- Quantity (minimum 100)
- Logo file: vector (AI, PDF, SVG); if you do not have one, send your current logo and we can redraw it as a vector
- Number of print colours and your brand colour code (if any)
- Delivery city or country and the date you need it

Your quote confirms: unit price, print position and size, design approval, production and delivery schedule.
Production time, prices, samples, shipping and breakage
- Production time: Turnkey printed mug and glass orders are completed within 15 days at most; decal printing jobs are ready within 2 days at most once work begins.
- Prices: guide prices are in the ceramic, porcelain and decal price tables; for an exact price, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
- Samples: samples are charged; once the fee is paid, the sample is prepared promptly. The fee and preparation time vary by sample.
- Shipping: we ship across Türkiye and abroad; shipping to your country is confirmed in the quote.
- Breakage: 100-piece orders include a breakage allowance of 2–3 extra pieces (102–103 pieces); for orders where we arrange the shipping, if a product arrives broken, we resolve it with you.
