What data do we collect, and how?

Your data is collected electronically through the quote form, email, WhatsApp and the cookies on the site.

• Quote form: name and surname, company name (optional), email or phone (at least one), the product you are interested in, quantity and your message.
• Email and WhatsApp conversations: the information you share in the conversation and the logo/design files you send.
• Site use: page view and click information collected by Google Analytics (device, browser, approximate location) — only if you consent in the cookie banner; and a temporary summary derived from your IP address and browser information, kept for 30 minutes so that a product view is not counted twice.

For what purpose?

To answer your quote request, prepare your order and communicate with you; to prevent unwanted (spam) submissions; and to improve the site by measuring how it is used. There is no newsletter, membership or online payment on the site; we do not add your contact details to promotional lists.

Legal basis (KVKK Art. 5)

Establishing or performing a contract for the quote and order process (Art. 5/2-c); our legitimate interest in answering your questions and preventing spam (Art. 5/2-f); for site use measurement with Google Analytics, the explicit consent you give in the cookie banner (Art. 5/1).

Who receives the data?

The site and email are kept on our hosting provider's servers in Turkey. Site use measurement is done through Google Analytics (Google LLC) and WhatsApp conversations through WhatsApp/Meta. These services may process data on their servers abroad (KVKK Art. 9). If your order is shipped by courier, delivery details are shared with the courier company.

How long do we keep it?

Quote and order correspondence is kept for as long as your request and order continue and as long as our legal obligations require. The retention period of Google Analytics usage data is set by our Google Analytics settings. You can ask for your record to be deleted at any time at bilgi@sundekor.com.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the persons in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, deletion when the conditions are met, and notification of these actions to the persons to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
